In December 2025, we participated in the Organization Science Paper Development Workshop held in Hong Kong. The workshop provided an opportunity to present our ongoing research to an international audience of scholars and receive developmental feedback from senior faculty and editors.

Following the workshop, each coauthor presented the project at their respective home institutions, including the University of Hong Kong and Waseda University, to further refine the theoretical framing and empirical strategy. The manuscript draft has been completed, and we are currently incorporating feedback from these presentations to strengthen the contribution and positioning of the paper. The revised manuscript will be submitted to a leading management journal.
