- A working paper developed from this project was delivered in a presentation at the Asia Theories Network Workshop titled “Aesthetics and (Pluri-)Politics.” Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea. July 4-5, 2025. My main arguments about the case of Ngugi wa Thiongo have been discussed on multiple occasions with scholars at National Taiwan Normal University, my host institution during my sabbatical leave, since last September, and have received positive feedbacks.
