As a prerequisite for the final question of what is the fundamental value of cultural law, we worked on a Japanese-German comparison of cultural law and the 1970s theory of educational and cultural separation. We also interviewed a person in charge of Hyogo Prefecture, which has established a network among cultural administrative organizations. These results will be published in a book of papers.

Furthermore, the research project to reconstruct the organization system of administrative law through the study of Japanese cultural law, including this research project, can now be conducted under the Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research.
