During this year, the establishment of the overall theoretical framework and the collection and arrangement of corresponding research objects were further improved.

Specifically:

(1) Research theory, sort out and review relevant literature, clarify the core and boundaries of the core concept "multi-layer composition", and redefine related concepts such as "elastic composition" and "multi-layer composition".

(2) In terms of research methods, the research model and analysis methods have been re-optimized. Try to supplement and test quantitative analysis methods based on space syntax.

(3) In terms of research objects, we conducted an inspection and screening of key target streets in Kyoto, a secondary survey of target streets in Jingzhou, China, and an inspection of potential targets (expected to apply to cultural heritage).
