In previous work, we developed a prototype 3-axis tactile sensor with elasticity and liquid containment structure, and in FY2022, we made the following improvements based on the evaluation test results of the prototype. As an issue in the previous year, the sensor with elasticity was not practical because it was difficult to use for a long period of time because the resistance and output changed remarkably when the sensor was pulled repeatedly for 150[%] and 100 times from the initial state (100[%]) as a standard. Therefore, the material of the elastic part was completely reviewed, and the electrical characteristics were improved while maintaining the softness and elasticity of the conventional design, and the reliability was improved by stabilizing the output against repeated tension.
