- I presented my current research project titled “Job Search, Job Findings and the Role of Unemployment Insurance History” to the following international conferences: The Econometric Society’s World Congress (hosted by Bocconi University), the European Winter Meeting of the Econometric Society (hosted by the University of Nottingham), and the Royal Economic Society Conference (hosted by Queen’s University Belfast). My project received many useful and instructive comments and suggestions during my presentation sessions from these conferences. I had later used them to improve and revise my draft for this project so that it will be appropriate to be submitted for the consideration of publication at a high-impact journal afterwards. Based on this research project, I also applied for and later received the Grant-in-Aid for Early-Career Scientists awarded by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
