研究成果概要
 Our research was focused on Michel Leiris’ works, especially on his Le Frêle Bruit, the forth and last volume of La Règle du jeu. In this book, he adopted a fragmentary style and it made his text a sort of special poetry. Put side by side, several heterogeneous elements derive Le Frêle Bruit of normal stability. In this way, Leiris could have a form corresponding with the theme “the fabulous (le merveillex)” discussed in the book.
    We also made study of Roger Vitrac’s works. As a real surrealist in spite of his quarrel with André Breton, he wrote poetry, but as a poet who had given up all classical prosody. Under Vitrac’s pen, words freed themselves from the control of reason. It was also the case of his drams. It is not surprising that, in one of the manifestos of The Alfred Jarry Theater founded with Artaud, Vitrac declared that “For the first time a real dream was realized on the stage”.
    We also paid an attention to an effect of dissociation produced by visual arts, especially cinema. Éric Rohmer introduced subjective factor in cinematic objectivity. His works are based on this kind of discrepancies between subjective and objective factors.
