- 研究成果概要
- 本研究の成果はつぎの分野で発揮された。すなわち、世界平和貢献策の憲法学的学際的研究である。
（Ａ）核兵器の使用と威嚇について、その違法性を認める判断を示した国際司法裁判所勧告的意見の検討がなされた。その成果は、つぎのような形で発表された。すなわち、①第３回国連軍縮広島会議での研究報告である。（ Judging the Illegality of the Threat or Use of Nuclear Weapons: An examination of the ICJ's Advisory Opinion －－－A Paper submitted to the First Working Group at the Third United Nations Conference on Disarmament Issues in Hiroshima ，July 18，1996 ）、② ICJ Opinion:Potential and Probklems，Disarmament Times，p.3 、Disarmament Times，N.Y. September 1996、③ 「核兵器使用・威嚇の違法判断－－国際司法裁判所の勧告的意見を読む」法と民主主義、1996年7 月(no.310)などである。
（Ｂ）核兵器条約のモデル作成作業がある。これは共同研究の成果として発表された（Model Nuclear Weapons Convention－－A Draft Convention distributed at the United Nations ，N.Y.，April 7，1997）。
